Ingredients lemon snap peas
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tsp chopped thyme
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 lb sugar snap peas trimmed
1 salt and pepper to taste
how to make lemon snap peas
Melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
Add peas; saute 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients and cook for another minute, or until peas are crisp tender.
